Welcoming Agent, Bret Hasvold

Please join us in welcoming Bret Hasvold to our BHGRE Advantage Realty `ohana!

Bret was born and raised in Fallbrook, California (San Diego Country) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development at California State University Long Beach. After graduating, Bret became a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Village Properties in California. He specialized in residential real estate sales for 5 years where he achieved various accolades for his performance. In 2019, he began property management. He and his wife, Joy, moved to Oahu in the summer of 2021. Bret continued property management until recently when he decided to transition to residential real estate.

Bret currently resides in Kapolei with his wife, Joy. In his free time, Bret enjoys hiking, wood burning and surfing.

Bret will be joining our Kapolei office.
